Smiths Falls Lawyer Mark MacDonald

Mark MacDonald is a Smiths Falls native and lifetime resident of Smiths Falls.  He attended Queen's University in Kingston where he received an undergraduate degree in economics.  Upon completion of his economics degree Mark attended Queen's Law School.

 

When called to the bar in 2002 Mark joined the prominent law firm of Kirkland Murphy under the mentorship of Jack Kirkland.  In 2006 Mark opened his own office in Smiths Falls which is conveniently across the hall from the Ontario Court of Justice in Smiths Falls.

 

Mark has previously been a volunteer at many local charities including being a member of the board of directors of the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital.

 

Mark is an avid fan of technology.

 

Mark handles criminal cases in Smiths Falls, Perth, Brockville, Kemptville and Sharbot Lake.  In certain circumstances Mark may travel to other jurisdictions in Ontario.

 

Mark handles real estate matters in most counties in the Province of Ontario, however much of his work is situated in Lanark and Leeds Counties.
